    Replaced pickup not spawning

    I've written a new superhealth pickup for a mod I'm working on, and I use my general ReplaceWith script to have the old one replaced by the new one...and it works, except it won't respawn.

    I've tried writing the code differently, always having the same result, and I've even put a 60-second timer function in the pickup to forcibly have it respawn after 60 seconds, and that won't respawn either.

    Basically, I want this superhealth i've created to replace all the ones in the original levels...is this even possible?

    I suggest not replacing the pickups but instead telling the picvkup bases to spawn your new super health.

      I assume you have something set in the following fields:

      bInstantRespawn=False
      RespawnTime=30.000000

      Also the following function gets called in the Pickup class:

      function SetRespawn()
      {
      if( Level.Game.ShouldRespawn(self) )
      StartSleeping();
      else
      Destroy();
      }

      Make sure your Game class is not failing this check.
