    Coding Skeletal Mesh Emitters

    Hi, on the UDN site it says that both the mesh and the particle system have to be placed in the level map for them to work, and to also place them next to eachother. If this is true, i don't understand how they accomplished dead bodies turning into particles and then fading away. Wouldn't that be done dynamically in code, creating the particle system in code, and then telling the pawn to use that particle system? help? Well, I should say that I want to accomplish that same effect of dead bodies dissolving into particles.

    Search the UT2004 code for the keywords "DeRes" and "DeRez" to find out how it was done.
