    Hey all,... it felt more appropriate asking here about this, rather than the level editing forum....

    I am currently working scripting an animation sequence of a Skaarj SpaceFighter along a Matinee path. It looks great, but i want the Mesh to animate - i want the wings to open up (Currently its a mover with a DT_Mesh drawtype, so the skeletal mesh of the Fighter shows)

    would I have to make a custom class? i'm experienced enough with UnrealScript to make modifications to something, but I wouldnt have the first clue about trying to make my own custom pawn class which i can then control the AI with an UnrealScriptedSequence, and use the PlayAnim command.... yeah.

    Would it be stupid to try just using a xPawn with the Fighter as it's mesh? I might give that a go
