    Every class derived from Actor has a TakeDamage() function, in which you can override and spawn some blow-up effects, then hide or destroy the object in. Of course, there are also boolean values you'd have to toggle to make sure it can collide with projectiles and traces to take damage.

    Can anybody help maybe point me in the right general direction here with destructable items.

    Like...lights you can shoot out...doors you can destroy...a barrel exploding....anything like that or anything at all.
