The amount of work need to make 4 teams work inside epics code is very very large. Also, I know for one that in native code for vehicle team beacons the code doesnt even run if the TeamIndex is not 0 or 1. This would be a very large project, regardless there are some mods out there that have already done this or are working on this. You may want to see if you can get them and look at the code.
