Displaying Packet Loss?

I'm trying to display every players ping and packetloss on my custom scoreboard, but I've found that in UT2k3 the packetloss var is no longer in the PRI class like it was in UT. Is their PL stored elsewhere now, or is it only accessible from native code like stat net?

PL info will appear on the scoreboard in UT2004. I don't think there's currently any way for mods to access it in UT2003.
