    If you scale default.GroundSpeed, then also GroundSpeed after actor is spawned, you will be scaling twice. When scale changes, scale once default GroundSpeed and GroundSpeed of Pawns already ingame. The newly spawned Pawns will use default GroundSpeed.

      Also, remember that bot's speed is also dependent on their skill level, so seeing bots not reach the same scaling factor would probably be due to this as well.

        Mutators do not normally run on clients.

        I just posted a bit on beyondunreal forum's about this, but I haven't got the time to find it right now. Should be right on the front page of the code forum there, if you can't find it let me know and next time I get back here I'll find it
