Where are the Hellbender files?

Probably an easy question, but where can I find the .u file that I can decompile so I can look at the hellbender .uc files? I want to look at some of the wheel paramaters to see if I can make a vehicle I am working on drive similarly.

New to all of this, so sorry if it is a stupid question.

im positive you can find it in the onslaught package. but i think the actual class name is "ONSPRV" anyways its one of those.
