What happens when an actor become relevant?

What happens when an actor become relevant? What functions are run? (if any) What order are they run in? I'm looking for something similar to the below link, but the link is for when actors are spawned, not for an actor first becoming relevant to a client.

The first time the actor becomes relevant to a client it will be replicated to it and the stuff you linked will be run. There are no special events when an actor disappears on a client if it is no longer relevant or when it becomes relevant again. Your chance may be to either monitor that actor's Tick() event or monitor a reference to that actor from another actor's Tick(). If the reference is None, the actor is no longer relevant. If the actor becomes relevant again, the reference should become valid as well, unless you assigned something else to it. (Not sure about that, though.)
