Bot characters / min-max values [partially solved]

In the .upl files the bots get their "character stamp".

    - Aggressiveness: 0 ~ 1
    - Accuracy: -2 ~ +2
    - CombatStyle: 0 ~ 1
    - StrafingAbility: -2 ~ +2
    - Tactics: -2 ~ +2
    - ReactionTime: -2 ~ +2
    - Jumpiness: 0 ~ 1
    - FavoriteWeapon: any, for example "xWeapons.FlakCannon"

One thing that still bugs me: the ingame stat graphics DO show a difference when I change Accuracy to +3.0 in the upl. Is it possible that some values could be higher (codewise) than you could set them in the ingame menu, or is this just a matter of inaccurate visuals?

Another question, in some custom upls I have seen "bJumpy" (boolean), does it do anything or is it something of 2003 or so?

    Thanks
