    how do I make it so that a scripted trigger will trigger a fluidsurfaceinfo to effectively turn off or just not show water or make noise

    I'mnot sure, but if you give a bit more info on what you're trying to do, maybe another line of thought will help you.

    If your idea is to have a body of water that freezes when triggered, then I 'believe' this has been done, but don't remember where. I'll look for it.

      you also could just let the fluidsurface move down under level and its away
