    Light Flicker

Is there any way to set a property in a light that will make it flick like a flouresent light that is old and about to go out?

yeah, but you dont use a light. ok, go into your actor browser. now, find "emiters" and just highlight it. now, place the empty emiter in your map. now go into its properties and under light, make sure bDynamicLighting is = true.... well i dont know if it is that exacly, but bare with me, this is off the top of my head. ok, now you can set different properties oh what kind of effect you want it to have. and dont forget to go into the "light color" tab and make it have a brightness. also, make sure in the "lighting" tab, it has a radius aswell.

oh yeah this has topic has always been floating around.

I've never used it, but apparently:

use a Trigger light set to initiallyon

Or like he said, use an emitter with light properties.
