Yes. Make a room, place an xpawn in the room. Load up your animation browser with the model you want. In your xpawn properties under display, click the "mesh" entry and choose USE.
This will put your model in the room.
Then right click the xpawn and convert to a staticmesh. Find the static mesh package you just made and place the SM into the room where the xpawn is. Use your other viewports to match the scale.
    Delete the xpawn.
    Click file-export as an OBJ.
Open in an app like Deep Exploration and delete the BSP and save the file again as a .3ds or anything you want.
Import this file into your favorite 3d app, select all the vertices and weld them, then reset the smoothing groups, retexture the mesh and rig it. Then export back into unreal.
UVs will be identical to the original model, so no need to reuvmap.
