    LoopMover state doesnt event trigger start?

    This is the first time ive tried using a Mover in ued3 with initialstate loopmover- the mover will start if I damage trigger it but it will not start from an event based trigger. NOW, I know you guys are gonna tell me to check to make sure I have the tags and events set right, so I confirmed it by changing my initial state to "LeadinOutLooper" and IT STARTED from the event as it should, only problem is I had to add an extra keyframe to do the full "circle" and this mover state doesnt seem to respond to DelayTime option. Help!?
    Are some mover features broke in ut2k3?

    EDIT- well, I decided to create a new trigger based on player proximity instead of anyproximity (im using a falling wheel to start the trigger since I dont know how to make a trigger start when game is started) and now the mover is triggered in Loopmove mode, BUT, the movers still wont respongd to delaytime setting.
