what i mean is you take a weapon and make it into an Instagib gun. how do you do that?

Modified weapons, retextured, reprogrammed, etc. Not sure what you're talking about but I'm pretty sure the above is correct.

how do i do that? i've seen it like i got 4 mutators all IG (black shock rifles) and that invasion insanity server's "Binstagib" rifles are simply clored ion painters. how do i make my own little IG mod?
