Use the visibility tool on the terrain. It will be blocky and jagged, there's nothing that can be done about that. You have to cover up the tunnel entrance with static meshes or BSP.

But, it there anything that... well I want to create stuff like ONS-Adara, where theres an "underground" tunnel.
Can this be done by using those static meshes too inside a box?

The cliffs (Yes, the cliffs) and tunnels in ONS-Adara are made out of static meshes. Only the lowest level ground is made from terrain.
Although in the TerrainInfo actor's properties, there is an option to invert the terrain. This is if you want to use terrain for cave cielings and whatnot.
