    A couple of ways to go about this.
    One is use an XPAWN and place it in your map, and in it's properties change the mesh to the model you have chosen in the Animation browser(check out the KillBillyBarn map by Teddie for an example of this).
    Or you can open up one of the 3ds max source rigs and pose your model, then export that posed mesh as an ASE and import it into UED as a staticmesh.

    Any way to create a Statue from a playermodel ?
    I dont want the Mesh to be just the model...the Statue should show a posing one.
