    Waterpaint not working in UT2k4

    I'm in the middle of working on an extremely large level with tons of static meshes and multiple terrains. Overall it's going pretty well, but for some weird reason, the Waterpaint shader shows up static. I have no idea if this has anything to do with the massive size of the map or if I'm just missing something totally unrelated. No matter what I do, the Waterpaint texture shows up correctly in the Editor, all animated and proper, but in-game it shows a single static frame and never moves.

    I know Waterpaint isn't one of the broken shaders since it works just fine in DM-DE-Osiris2. I even tried importing the projector by the waterfall which uses a Waterpaint texture from that map into mine. In mine, it animates in the editor but goes static in game, just like all the others.

    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
