ok guys/gals
I've got into Maya enough to construct a basic character, however none of the parts are linked just sitting in mid air, and in addition how do you get the model uv mapped so that i can texture the **** thing, i'm not trying anything to complex right now i just like to know the basic principle so i can work on a design. I don't want to work on a design for ages only to find it can never make it into UT2004, i'll get on to animating it later.
