    ok, i have a map, it contains monsters.

    works fine, i spectate and watch them happily doing their idle anims. i press fire, little extra spawn effect fine ok lets move on. i jump off the pillar, and turn around. the monsters have RESPAWNED, even though they have not been killed, at the playerstart! wtf omg! they are gone from their normal positions too. i also know they RESPAWNED because when you shoot the pupae it triggers a door, which is what the placed one did.

    ok help plz, especialy from people who have seen my map in the SP mod recruitment thread near here... :up: :up:

    instead of placing a pawn you could spawn it at the start of the level by setting up a scripted trigger like goto action 1 > then for action 1 use spawn actor whatever and set the trigger that triggers the scripted trigger to use once only and place it where you spawn.

    but i dunno if you will be able to get it so a door is triggered when you kill it.

    ^^any of that make sense to ya?^^
