texturing?? (n00b)

ive just learnt how to use upaint, is their a better way to texture the skin. ive alredy dun the amour (its one of the skarj meshes)
but i would i go bout texturing the main body (want it to lokk decent)

also, how do i imprt the texture into upaint?
