That's a little vague. I'm not a psychic, you're going to have to give me more info than that if I'm going to be any help.

Have you updated to the latest patch for the game and drivers for your hardware? What are your computer specs? Are any error messages displayed?

it decreases my resolution so i cant see ****

After you start it up increase your resolution, only thing I can think of.
