I have a logitech mx500 and pushing the mouse wheel in acts as the 3rd button.....

When i hold shift down and push the middle mouse button down and move my mouse... the map zooms in and out.... do i need to change a setting or something to get this to work? and where do you see the actual measurment when you're done moving your mouse? anyway i'd appreciate some help on this one. Thanks!

    Both mouse buttons at once?
I don't know, if it's programmed to work with the middle mouse button only, you might not be able to do it :/

    roll? You mean a wheel?
If so, you can usually press the wheel and it functions like an extra mouse button that way.

Ctrl+Middle moves the mesh for me, and Alt+Left seems to drag the pivot point. I also discovered that I cant mirror a mesh by using negative drawscale values. Now that makes me happy.

EDIT: Using Ctrl+Middle......blah blah, moves the little red pivot-point thingy. Neat. I'm easily amused.

LOL I suck, I just knew it was like only one keyboard button, thought it was Ctrl, but knew it was one of those buttons my left hand presses.

I don't have UnrealEd open at the moment, but isn't it just Ctrl-Mouse3 click-drag? I don't remember having to use the Shift key as well (I could be wrong!).
