    Old tech map optimization

    A semi solid brush on a solid surface, does the engine auto discards that hidden surface or will I gain some performance if I set it to invisible??

    UT99 bsp auto occludes, whereas UT2 bsp doesn't occlude at all.

    beats the heck outta me - BUT just make a sample test map and try it and see!

      I made a test cube, filled with some cubes next to each other. Wether they were made solid, semi solid, or semis with hidden surfaces set to invisible I got the same 13 polies on screen.
