Ued 3 texture properties window problem

The buttons to add layers and what-not are out of postion.
They should be directly below the "Material" window.
The buttons are not funtional. If I hit one they all disappear.
If I hit where they're suppose to be, nothing happens.

Video card is ATI Radeon 9700 Pro with the latest drivers.

I have same problem in all flavors of UEd (UT2003, Unreal2, XMP).

I have installed all the latest patches for UT2003 and Unreal2.

I have tried different screen resolutions. Doesn't help.

try setting your general Windows font size down or your display DPI settings to normal.
