Brushes can't Move. You need to convert them to a StaticMesh first.

Brushes can't move, what you see moving are static meshes (Volumes can move too). If you open UnrealEd, you will see a button for creating movers. It looks like a block with arrows pointing in all directions. You have to select a static mesh, and then click the button and it will be added as a mover. You can find all the settings you will need in a tutorial for movers, there are a lot of different ways you can use them.
Coronas can be made either using lights, or by using emitters. It depends on what effect you are trying to achieve. Either way, it has been said that these lighting effects should be used in moderation as there is a thin line between adding a subtle effect and annoying everyone’s eyes. Take a look at the maps that came with UT to see how they are used.
