A "Slower Movement" mutator? (if there is one there prob is pls tell me about it!)

I'm looking for a mutator that can make my gameplay a bit slower in movement speed...?

But you can set the gamespeed down already, which is build in in UT.

Standard is 1 ... set it below that should work ....

You can go down as .. dunno ... 0.01 which is not playable anymore I guess ....

Not "Gamespeed" movement of all the Bots and Players...
