Me and my brother are starting work on a TC for UT. It's a parody of Mario Party, it's gonna have the Mario characters and all, can we get sued for doing something like that?

Than again you problable will get sued since Nintendo is a ****ing ****** and sues everyone who does anything about there characters! they sued tons of people in the 80's! -
It's gonna be for 2K4, I wanted to release it online, but I geuss I can't. I am giving it to people on cd's though, can I get in trouble if they put it online?Comment

Don't really know? If you are selling it to people for money and it has any nintendo characters or stuff you might get in trouble!
Forget the before post mostly! If you release it online or on CD's be sure to 1: not sell for money cause if Nintendo finds out your screwed or 2: include credits to Nintendo for making the characters, etc!Comment
