i was playing ut2004 when i had the idea of a invisible generator truck/car/tank. it has a small radius around the vehicle that makes any friendly vehicle in that area go invisible. the tank itself will not be invisible just the others in side the invisibilty field. if an enemy goes inside the field. the cars become visible to the enemy inside the field. same with weapons like redeemers (if a redeemer goes inside the field it could see the vehicles). would this be possible to code.

The Stealth Tank in Command and Conquer original and in Tiberian Sun can only cloak itself.
Infantry and base defenses can "see through" the cloak in both games at very close ranges.
In Tiberian Sun, special detectors can be deployed to spot stealthed / underground units.
If the Stealth Tank makes any hostile action (Firing weapons, running over infantry), it is forced to decloak (Takes two to three seconds, an a sound is played). Stopping all hostile actions will aloow the tank to recloak within four seconds.
For a Stealth Field Generating vehicle, it sounds like the Arbiter in Starcraft, which can cloak other units orund it, but not itself. Also, two arbiters near each other CANNOT Cloak each other.
