    static meshes and scorpion

    hi,

    I'm new in making maps and I got the following problem.

    I created a 2d shape, extruded it , textured it and then converted to static mesh. Looks fine, only when testing. When I drive a ONSLAUGHT.ONSRV (scorpion) and jump on a static mesh like the one I created with the face of the scorpion down. I just go trough the mesh like it there is nothing ?. When I land on the static mesh with the weels of the scorpion down, then it is good.

    also the sides of the static mesh are like they are not there.


    What is wrong here ?

    You can fix this by making a blocking volume around your mesh so vehicles, projectiles, ect cant go through it.

      You could go into the SM-browser and set SimpleKarmaCollision=False for the particular SM. This eats some performance, though.
