Vehicle Switcher

Many of you if not all will remember weapon switcher that when a certain time expires the guns change to something else.

Well I was thinking why not make one for vehicles so no one hogs a spawn point and the vehicles can be custom also so say as an example:

raptor spawn point
1 minute passes \/
cicada spawn point
1 minute passes \/
goliath spawn point
1 minute passes \/
noderunner spawn point

so on and so forth

would it be possible to make and if so who can do it?
