I am looking for a program that makes all of the .wav files in a folder equalized and amplified. If someone helps, a really cool voice pack will be out tonight!

itunes does that for all audio file types

no clue then, but you could run each of the sound files thru itunes and get it amped taht way

WaveGain or any other program that implements the ReplayGain algorithm. For wav files I think it is better to manualy adjust the the volume with SoundForge.

MP3Gain is similar and used for normalizing mp3 files without transcoding.
