      Are there?
      Dante (from Devil May Cry)
      Prince (from Prince of Persia)
Cloud Strife OR Sephiroth (from Final Fantasy)
Tommy Vercetti (from GTA Vice City)
      Sub Zero (from Mortal Kombat)

In a less serious pack, since they might not fit the style:
      Link (from TLoZ)
      Mario (from Super Mario)
      Sonic (from Sonic the Hedgehog)
      Pikachu (from Pokémon)
      Sam (from Sam & Max)

      For the female pack:
      Samus Aran (from Metroid)
      Jill Valentine (from Resident Evil)
      Alice (from American McGee's Alice)
      Chell (from Portal)
      Alyx Vance (from Half-Life 2)
      FemShep (from Mass Effect)
      Cammy White (from Street Fighter)
      Big Sister (from BioShock 2)

Green = planned, yet to be ported
Blue = UT2004 models already exist
Red = not planned, (as of right now)

Dante (from Devil May Cry) - have DMC4 model, but he's low priority right now
Prince (from Prince of Persia) - does he ever use guns?
Cloud Strife OR Sephiroth (from Final Fantasy) - unless there's some sword mod, don't wanna see these guys use gun's either.

Tommy Vercetti (from GTA Vice City) - there's a good XNAlara model, but i wanna make Niko Bellic first
Sub Zero (from Mortal Kombat) - another character i can't seem to picture using guns though
Link (from TLoZ) - i think CaptainG's model is really good, not sure if i wanna try to steal his spotlight
Mario (from Super Mario) - i already updated his model for UT2004, he's planned for a Nintendo/Mario pack
Sonic (from Sonic the Hedgehog) - i updated the AshuraDarkReign model a bit, he's in the Sonic Freedom Fighters pack
Pikachu (from Pokémon) - i didn't check it out, but there's a great looking pikachu model at this link

Sam (from Sam & Max) - i recognize him, but i'm not exactly passionate about him
Samus Aran (from Metroid) - i plan on updating her model from brawl, & i already made one for ZeroSuitSamus that will be featured
Jill Valentine (from Resident Evil) - needs fine tuning a bit
Alice (from American McGee's Alice) - she mainly uses some knife no?
Chell (from Portal) - i gotta find a model

Alyx Vance (from Half-Life 2) - from HL2 model pack
FemShep (from Mass Effect) - i'd rather work on miranda, she seems more popular
Cammy White (from Street Fighter) - plenty of models out there for her.
Big Sister (from BioShock 2) - i'm still trying to figure out the main character of Bioshock.

if you really wanna see some of the models i don't plan on working on in UT2004. watch my tutorial video

you should be able to load character (mesh & skeleton) .psk files in blender, just i'm not very good at working with the rigging functions there.

in other news, i didn't mention before but DeadPool (MVC3 model) is planned, but might be part of a Marvel pack, with Punisher & Nick Fury. A decent Domino model would be perfect.
and someone on youtube suggested Jim Raynor, planning on extracting his model myself.
trying to find a decent Joanna Dark model from Perfect Dark Zero, i have the one from Perfect Dark Source
& seriously, i need help finding a Serious Sam 3 model & Niko Bellic, pm me if you have any leads.

            Male Heroes:
Captain Price (Call of Duty) Not the 'main' character, but easily the most recognizable.
            Cole Phelps (LA Noire)

            Female Heroes:
            Jade (Beyond Good and Evil)

            Villains:
            Desann (Jedi Outcast)
            Revolver Ocelet (Metal Gear Solid)
            Shao Khan (Mortal Kombat)
The Illusive Man (Mass Effect) Or Harbinger in Collector form.
            Navarro (Uncharted)
            Dr. Breen (Half-Life)
            Makarov (Modern Warfare)
            Visari (Killzone)
            Vladimir Lem (Max Payne)

I think Alyx Vance would make a good addition. Model already exists, and I just finished a voice pack for her anyway.

Captain Price (Call of Duty)- thanks, I just needed to know who was most popular
Cole Phelps (LA Noire) - yeah, low priority though
Jade (Beyond Good and Evil) - i definitely thought about her, does she use weapons? never got around to trying the game

              Villains:
Desann (Jedi Outcast) - already exists! with voicepack!
Revolver Ocelet (Metal Gear Solid) - have the model, but wondering if every hero should only have one villain or not..
Shao Khan (Mortal Kombat) - all im seeing is a guy with a hammer saying "you suck"
The Illusive Man (Mass Effect) Or Harbinger in Collector form - i'll have to look them up = )
Navarro (Uncharted) - LOVE Uncharted, but not possible to extract models yet, would need some sort of mesh mod
Dr. Breen (Half-Life) - played HL ages ago, i'll have to look him up
Makarov (Modern Warfare) - i'll have to look him up
Visari (Killzone) - let's get a single Helghast first
Vladimir Lem (Max Payne) - hmm, makes sense, i believe Milkshape3D also has native plugins to import models directly from Max Payne 2
another vote for Alyx Vance? alright sure, because she already has a model* & a voicepack.

people, please watch the tutorial, because i doubt i can do all this on my own.
the order of models i plan on working on will be solely judged by my level of compassion towards them.
you guys are mentioning extremely relevant characters from franchises that unfortunately i don't give a hoot about right now.
if you really wanna see these characters in game, by the end of the day, spend 45 mins and watch my tutorial

There's already a good Desann out there. It includes a voice pack.

Also, Joanna Dark: http://gamebanana.com/ut2k4/skins/72637. Although the way I set up the shaders on it would look odd with the other characters here.

yes, i have the Desann model somewhere, if no one can find a link to download,
and also the first HL2 model pack that came out had Dr. Breen and Alyx,
and I have that as well if there isn't a link somewhere,
not sure about voice packs for them,

i am also working on a Jason Voorhees model,

                  Uploaded with ImageShack.us
since this is my first model, and have been busy,
he is still beta, an issue with the neck seems to kinda holding me up atm

that's right! i recall watching one of those UT2004 collection youtube videos that had Alyx. ah i was confused, Gen Rhys Dallows did mention "Model already exists" & he made a voicepack for her recently. updating my posts!
YO, that model looks incredible! kinda scary even..
i'm sure once you actually sit down and actually work on his neck/collar situation, you'll fix it! just you've been busy.

while she's an excellent choice & great character, i don't plan on adding any characters that originate from movies.
it's quite clear Tux, that you're passionate about characters from movies, Hollywood, etc. we should have a separate thread collecting all the ones that exist.

The blocky, original model will always be my Joanna Dark. I liked that she didn't have huge breasts or an hourglass figure, and despite the low poly model, she was realistically proportioned. It made her more believable. But even when the original game was released, none of the renders looked like the in-game model, she looked more like a porn star. And all the subsequent versions of Jo sexed her up to varying degrees, even in PDSource. Regarding the PDSource model specifically, I'm pretty sure the people who made PDSource didn't want any of their models ported to other games. I'd imagine the easiest "nice" model to find would be the PDZero version, although the XBLA version is probably closest to the original in-game look of the character, it was about halfway between the original model's look and the original renders.

i'll admit i don't know much about the Perfect Dark series. i was a much bigger fan of Rare's Goldeneye. I did try Perfect Dark once and demoralized everyone i was playing with, lol. but yeah, i can understand how a character can change over the years, often for the worse. I'm curious about the XBLA model, i'll have to take a look.

in other news, a friend, of a sister, of a friend shared a Serious Sam II(i think) model with me
the model was a bit warped, so i tried fixing him, but not sure if i got his proportions right

                            voicepack options would be MJpoland's & L4YDuke's

not sure who the protagonist is in Borderlands. there are quite a few characters.
considering only one villian per franchise, so of RAAM & Theron, which character is more popular/iconic?

current model procurement progress: Doom, Jim, & Niko
