TF2 players

ive never played Team Fortress 2, but the characters look cool,

how hard would it be to import player models from TF2 for ut2004,

i have the characters rigged and in max format(12 models),

i'd love to see these in the game

I never did characters, but it shouldn't take much time. (sorry if I'm wrong)

i don't know how to import these models,

but if there is a video tutorial, youtube maybe,
of how to do this, with good clarity so i can see the button names in 3dsmax in the tutorial video,
i would totally try this,
