Crusha's Ultimate ONS tools include the UltimateVehicleFactory which can do that for Onslaught (+VCTF I guess. Not sure about AS):

As you can notice at the end of his first post, he still needs to clean up/fix/finalize some stuff, but I guess you can test his current release if you cannot wait.
