Does anyone still have this mutator?
I'm collecting tons of custom vehicles and would like to have them all in the game and I have trouble finding this mutator online since all the links are down.
I tried making a similar mutator myself years ago but I couldn't succeed due to the lack of experience, motivation and time.
Something like this for weapons would be great aswell, I have Random Weapon Swap but it's still not 100% what I need (although it comes very close).
Anyone?
