No TeleFrag mod?

I know there must be one out there, some sort of mod that prevent telefraging.
Can anyone tell me where?

that would be a cool mod when you think of it, probably use the old one where you can't use the teleport while someone is on the other end

or maybe make them teleport? that could be interesting...
