Character spawning gun

Is it possible to make a gun that spawns random characters that behave same as other bots?(e.g., pick up weapons, ride vehicles, get the flag, and destroy nodes)

Cool idea, kinda like that carlauncher thingy, only for bots. Even better if you could also select 5 or so characters from a list (carlauncher style).

There's a map with that name by Angelmapper, but that's all I could find. No mut named Fodder Cannon. Can you help me find it? -_-;;
