In the original UT, there was a skin for Spawn (from the movie of the same name). Does anyone know where I can get the Spawn skin for UT2k4?

If you already think that this UT Spawn Skin looks good, you should check out the awesome Spawn Model for UT, it has very great Special-FX custom animations and stuff like that. Chains, Cloak, all one could want. Scale is a little a bit awkward, but still ok. By the way, that skin/model is not from the movie, it's from the comic. The Spawn movie sucked, it totally messed up the story of the great comic book series.
Regarding skins for UT2k4 (as far as I know, no one created a model for 2k4), there are only 3 for UT2k3, but they should work without problems with 2k4:
