    Had this little gem of a map on my Hard disk for quite a while now. Couldn't find this one here either so thought I'd also do this one some justice and give it a bit more exposure

    That looks very nice indeed:up: May be just the screenshots, but looks "dark". Not that its a problem as imo it adds some challenge just as long as it isnt so dark you cant determine the red or blue team colours.

    Will download it tonight. Nice one

            Looks fantastic and plays great. Definately a keeper although I probably won't play it much due to it being a very heavy map.

              Think I already have this one, only mine is darky, and it's raining. yours looks the opposite.

                  Hmmm, interesting comments there. I can't say I've ever noticed a frame rate hit on this map. And believe me and you I'm the first to complain about that type of thing. Then again because of my clanning days I tend to play with things turned down abit and my brigthness and gamma up a bit. All the better for seeing you with my dear Anyway... Here's my spec's / settings....

                  AMD 2500 Barton
                  FX5600 XT 128MB
                  1GB Ram

                  800 x 600 Res
                  Everything on Medium
                  No Foliage, Decals, Triple Buffering, Coronas, Weather Effects.
                  Everything else standard.

                  If I've learnt anything in my time on these forums, it's to take what Virax says at face value. So if Virax is having issues then maybe some of you will too. I suggest you try it and see, but be warned it may be too much for some. Cheers Virax.

                  No, it's the same map, like I answered above I tend to play with my brightness and gamma up a bit.

                    yeah this map has some Framerate issues

                    yes frames are steady but once you go into that room with jumppads it starts laggin not a lot of lag but enough for me to dislike it

                    otherwise it has nice layout item placement etc

                    bots are inhuman there .....

                      It has a great feel, dark with lots of past in it. It feels like you are honoring all the dead warriors of existence by playing on this map. It also looks great, which helps.

                          My comments/feedback:
                          Firstly, looks are nice, nothing obstructive. I agree with all the others saying that the map chugs a bit though. The flow of the map looks good, there is decent connectivity and lots of verticality, the key to good battles.
                          Erm, unless I’m blind, the only powerup here is the Double Damage…In a 1on1 map that really won’t work. I mean, a player with decent accuracy gets the sniper and doubler and it becomes instagib for them. Combined with the high position that the sniper is on and the narrow exits people must walk through...
                          I don’t think the amp is being used anymore for duelling maps, so maybe putting some small armours dotted around, or the keg or something. But a single powerup is a no-no.

                          And grr, another map that places lots of ammo right next to guns. It makes the game over spammy, as people can shoot and shoot till the cows come home.
                          On a map like this where pot shots with the sniper and spamming with rockets or shock-combos from above would be crucial, moving the ammo down to the bottom level would be great. Lure people down.
