Effigy - the UT2004 edition

Due to popular request Effigy has been ported to UT2004 and finally submitted (and uploaded to Polycount and fileplanet by Sledgy very fast, thanks!) It's virtually identical to the UT2003 so there are no extra's other than the compatibility with UT2004 and the vehicle_driving pose (too bad it only barely fits in the vehicles, the fat *******).
