Ya the matrix code is a shader that rotates around the weapon. I don't think a screen shot can really do an animation justice. But ya it def not for everyone.

Trying to give it an evil effect.. I doubt anyone will put this on their server.. I'm just posting it here to publish the work involved.

This is great Zero, I played with that on your DM server.
Though the ping made it a bit unplayable.
Still, Servere had a good time killing me no doubt.

The gun's texture reminds me of the texture corruption I get on the maps after playing ut2004 for a few hours :O

I suppose I could of went with something like this..
The matrix code is animated and swirls around the gun. Some what like the double damage, but in straight lines.

Had a hard time choosing which skin to use.

One of these days I'll learn how to make custom models.

I get that all the time. On ONS-Torlan and some other levels I get a lighting corruption which dramatically changes the lighting on the whole level each time I move the mouse. Much strain on the eyes.

Leave the matrix effect but remove the weapon's skin to give it
a transparent look.
