Name: Avian
Version: Final
Compatibility: Unreal Tournament 2004 patch 3369
Description: I used to play RuneScape quite a bit, and every once in a while I check the news on their site. One article of their news revealed that a monster in the game - an Aviansie - had been remodelled . . . and it looked real good. I thought the new monster looked so good that I decided I'd have a go at making a bird creature. The creature itself was based on a falcon, and the armor was based on the old RuneScape Aviansie armor.
Comments: Made with Blender, GIMP, UModel, 3DS Max, and UnrealEd. I found that the proportions of the creature suited the human armature best. Avian's digitigrade legs do not match perfectly with this armature, but it still seems to work and deform correctly. I'm not quite sure if the feathers are feathery enough.
