    Name: Invasion - X

    Version: 1.2

    Compatibility: UT2004 w/ latest patch.

    Description: This GameType will only enhance the standard Invasion gametype with some extra settings and small bug fixes, including:
    -Allow use any monster classes you want on waves (up to 20 different/wave).
    -Allows put wave boss(es) at end of some specific wave(s).
    -Can use unlimited amount of waves.
    -Fixed Invasion HUD with an enhanced radar, smileys support on messages etc.
    -Allows to admins configure waves on server from Game Menu.
    -Fixed death messages to show with monster name instead of "someone" or "a monster" as killer.
    -Fixed " is out." messages with mutators like UT2004RPG (when a friendly monster dies).
    -Vehicle support now by default.
    -Fixed translocator to not to allow players translocating through terrains (will stop glitching in most of default Epic maps).
    -Disallowed players from telefragging wave bosses.

    New on v 1.2:
    -Added support for editing waves with WebAdmin.
    -Added support for giving own wave names, for each wave (optional).
    -Message all clients current wave number at start of each wave.
    -Added failed to load monster class notifier on wave configure menu (not on webadmin one).
    -Added an option to force monster preload on clients at start of each wave (to avoid lag spikes during waves).
    -Fixed an error which would break down ressurect combo moves (i.e: ComboNecro).
    -Changed so you can set on admin wave config menu boss health scaling up to 999,9 aswell as num boss monsters to spawn to 999.
    -Fixed some bugs regarding players joining from spectating.

    This is a mod I actually did for a long time ago but never really bothered to release it yet.

    Thx uhm guy with dots in name...I was looking for a small but useful mutator to replace monsters in invasion. This one is nice and configurable and i like the boss option very much.

          will this work with mutators that have config(UT2004RPG) in the scripts? just wodering if it's easy to setup from ut2004rpg.ini to the ini this uses too? because people get upset if they lose there levels, so i am kind of worried about adding this.

            This mod has nothing to do with UT2004 RPG, so no.. you won't lose your levels (unless you forget to add that mutator to mutators list, but who would forget that?).

              oh thought this replaced the need for ut2004rpg, lol my bad

              will it show my server under invasion list? or will they need invasion x to play my server?

                    Holy **** man this is an awsome mutator!!!!! Can you possibly make is so you can convert the boss monster health to more than 10.00

                    Like however much health you want to add. And possibly making it so you can change the size of the boss monster. That would be awsome.

                    And while i'm throwing ideas out here is another, have like monster manager built into the control panel for it, have a way to arm the nalis with whatever weapons you want them to have.

                    This pwns the other invasion so bad it isn't even funny, where was you 3 years ago?

                      Actually thats health multiplier (like Warlords 500 health X 10 = 5000 health), but sure I can make it unlimited.
                      And possibly making it so you can change the size of the boss monster. That would be awsome.
                      And that sounds like a good idea aswell.. thought it might be better just to create a new class under whatever monster you want and change properties on that.

                        i agree, can you also maybe make so you can chamge the time limit on boss. because some will take longer than 5 minutes to kill

                          You can already change timelimit to the boss. If you cant find the option for it in game, open up InvasionX.ini and edit line: "MaxBossFightTime=", and set some timelimit there (in seconds) for fighting the boss (you can also set any value for boss health in the ini aswell, but will reset back to 10 if you edit on it in game again).

                            I think there may be a problem adding monsters into the waves via while in game. Seems like the "box" that you write the monster name into for it to be added into the waves doesn't have enough spaces for some of the monsters with longer names. Thus they are not showing up in the waves, can actually throwing the waves off. for example

                            the s in satore is cutt off leaving just
                            atoreMonsterPackv120.SMPDevilFish

                            Is their a way to just copy and paste the monster extensions into the ini and allowing all of the monsters to appear in the wave config menu for you to choose from, like satore.
                            So I don't have to keep minimizing my game to copy the lines off my satore ini and maximize my game again to paste it into the monster config while in game. After I minimize my game about 5 times it just crashes with a horrible gpf that won't allow me to restart the game again without rebooting my pc.

                            And maybe incorporating a monstermanager like config into the mutator where you can change the size/health of the incomming hordes of monsters seperately from the boss monsters. Thus allowing total control over the waves. I noticed that monstermanager does not work for invasion - x

                            Another option that would be neat would be to have it so you can name every wave, so when you start the game it will say for example wave 1- Nalicow madness, and have it come up on the screen similar to the way the warning pops up on the screen before the boss monster spawns.

                            These are just my 2 c3nts, i'm loving this mutaor but I think with a few tweaks it could be the Holy Grail of invasion
