This file is a compressed in .zip format. If you're running Windows XP or higher, you can unzip it by right clicking on the file and Extract All. Click next twice and it will extract the file's contents into a new folder called "IK-SoldierPack-2k4". Double click on the new folder and look inside. You'll see three folders "Animations, System, and Textures". Copy and paste these folders into your \UT2004 install directory. Windows will ask you if you want to overwrite ... just click yes to all. You can now access your characters through the game directory under Settings and Player.
