Ok, lacking a dedicated UT1 forum and due to the fact that this mutator somewhat is related to UT2004, I'll simply post this here:
Redeemer 2k4 is a weapon mutator for the original UT that replaces the redeemer sounds, visuals and explosion effect with those from UT2004. It also includes Vengeance 2k4, a mutator that replaces the Relic of Vengeance explosion shock wave with the UT2004 redeemer explosion.
Major improvements over its predecessor Redeemer 2k3 include:

- Recreated the actual guided redeemer HUD, including rotating outer scope and altitude meter.
- Reduced the size of the shockwave to match UT player scaling.
