Why not install a cache converter tool for UT2003 as the map will still be in your cache folder and then u could install it?
Get something like UT2003 map manager
Grab it here

go into your cache folder, open cache.ini with notepad, find the map name, copy it(DM-Map.ut2) find the cache file with the same 'name' and rename it to DM-Map.ut2 or whatever it is
Ex. 2167664E4AB854AFF50EB8A295A10349-1=BR-AcidPipe-DCSE-XL.ut2
You'd copy "BR-AcidPipe-DCSE-XL.ut2"
Then look for "2167664E4AB854AFF50EB8A295A10349-1.uxx" and rename it to "BR-AcidPipe-DCSE-XL.ut2"
Move it to Maps folder.
If you start up the map and 2k3 gives you an error that it needs a certain file, go back into your cache.ini and look for the filename that's needed
Note: This is the long, pain-in-the-*** way, but its good for one or two maps out of a whole lotComment
