Just a quick update for the first page.......

There are other faster downloads out there, but the troopers team can only support and link to lucasfiles so look around if lucasfiles doesn't work out for you.

Edit- and the new news is that it appears as though lucasfiles fixed there upload problem.

I did not see that one Shuri m8, well I guess we won't be offering hosting and my download got cut off, so gonna be hard to get this out to the public if nobody can get it off the site without downloads breaking or having to transfer at 5-7 kbs (if that lucky).

Sorry guys, lucasfiles seems to be having a problem with their upload speeds. The troopers team as said they are working to get around that.

Untill the official change log is posted I'll tell the major ones here.

2 new weapons DL-44 heavy blaster pistol (han solo's gun of choice, its pretty much one shot one kill if ya can hit) and a Thermal Detonator.

All bolt speeds have gone up a bit. All bolt power is stronger

3 new maps including CTF carbon chamber, the new objective Endor Landing platform (a personal favorite but it has a bug at the moment look at the official forums for a work around) and a star destroyer map.

Many Many general fixes and other such things.

That's the only problem with "exclusives' is that it usually (IMHO) hurts the public because it creates a lack of download mirrors.

Why not? Do your downloads only work if you sit and watch them drip in?

I'd just like to point out as an attention notice to all Mappers. Troopers is looking for some community maps and doing a map in the star wars univers isn't that hard. Lots of places in the star wars universe include exotic locas such as the Massasi temples of Yavin IV. Not everything needs to be high tech, and on that note you can do many of those high tech areas.

I can see many maps that would just be simple conversions to make them a part of the star wars universe with the use of a little lore.

By the looks, there aren't going to be mirrors for a while. How about put it on kazaa? If I can dl it there, I'll keep it sharing (as my only shared file) for a few days at least. So a request to those that have it to do the same.

edit-Just the file as is. Don't edit the filename or details. The filename being TroopersVersion2UmodFull.zip
