    the crate is a normal KActor, moves to weapons fire and other objects hitting it, but only offline. The important part is that it dosent move online.

    its actually quite light, especially for its size, so u can tell when u kick it around.

      could you make the crate move online (i already have an industrial ONS map theme in-head) ?

      and could you add realistic presetsto meshes please?

        sure. I guess that will be a part of the beta 4.5 release then. Several preset crates, metal objects, balls, and other objects that have some custom meshes, sounds, and textures, and have fully programmed and tweaked karma parameters.

        It means adding a .usx a .utx and a .uax, but I think it will be worth it.

        Good ideas, finals are this next week, which measn half days for me, ill definitely be coding then.

          Who votes DaJMasta should make a gravity gun ala hl2? Orighammers gun works well but the method he used makes it very buggy online and doesnt give the correct effect. Need the kactor to be joined to a point of the gun with a karma constaint once u get em working.

            Can you help me? I successfully put some of these karma objects in a map I am making, but I want to change the static mesh of some of them, but when I change it they dont work. Please help me.

              well, make sure the static mesh you are changing them to has a karma collision box. You can check this by opening the static mesh browser, going to view -> show collision then see if there is some colored outline around the object, if not u can use the collision tools menu to have unreal fit a collision box to the object, and then save the package.

              o and that gravity gun thing has been seconded by an email....so ive got more work ahead of me :bored:

                        thanks. what kind of updates? I made these "racing rods", and you can stand on 1 end and propel yourself by shooting the other end, but they get stuck in the floor, and sometimes they become invisible allthough the mesh stays in the same place

                          well like tweaks for realism, gonna imcorporate things like zone velocity and gonna include some sounds, some more effects and things like that. Then theres gonna be a grav gun and karma constraints eventually. And if i can figure out a way to mess with some of the karma parameters to make things less buggy, thatll b a plus too

                              yes but not any normal zone velocities, and i dont believe friction does...but i havent checked that one yet.

                              Just wondering what map this is though...it sounds kinda neat

                                map exploiters mess about map with tonnes of custom vehicles and code... the only thing i didnt make is this gem
