    I've been away playing D3 and NS for a long time, it's been probably half a year since I checked this place. Glad to see you're still working on this. I always loved TOT. I can't play it until I get rid of either HL2 or the junk clogging my harddrive so I can install UT though. Hope you finish soon, I really want to play this!

      I like the idea of low friction, and that leads me onto the idea of low grav aswell, i'll definatly get soem ideas based around these concepts going soon, should be able to make some cool jumps.

        Today I designed some really cool concept ideas for a whole area or "tomb" which is set in an icy cave type area, large underground frozen lakes, maybe an icemaze, lots of low friction surfaces leading to some more unique and origional ideas.

        I'll get cracking with this stuff, on the weekend most likly, expect a nice update maybe sunday night.

            A really small update which should get you wondering :P

            I updated the first post with this info tidbit:

            Update: 02/12/2004 - I've made a tiny update, while i've made some progress on the map its not been much, however one small thing I just had to add straight away is a treat for the defending area which is just a sealed of box.

            Feel free to guess what the button does
            stop by and check it out, i know its not much but I want to keep people guessing for now

                BTW, does the button merely switch all of the defenders teams to the attacking team?

                  No it does something very nastly, i'll leave it up to your imagination for now.

                  I've just finished 2 weeks of training, and have far more spare time from now on, and so will be doing loads of work, in fact i've just started a huge new section which im hoping will come out looking sweet, a lot like the junkyard map, but will have loads of destroyed vehciles around the place.

                    It'd be cool if you could make another room which I would call the illusion room.
                    For example, you would jump towards the end door, but find out that the door is hidden in a wall.
                    Or maybe making a maze of mirrors, where it makes everything look the same.

                      Getting mirrors to work 100% is impossible, getting them to work in any kind of reasonable way is also pretty **** hard, such a shame, would have made for some awesome puzzles.
